Diana Thompson | Executive Operator | Six Sigma Black Belt

Diana Thompson is an executive operator and founder with a proven track record of stabilizing operations, improving financial performance, and scaling multi-site organizations. She is known for stepping into complex environments where growth has outpaced structure and execution is breaking down.


As Co-Founder and VP of Operations at ICON Dental Partners and Founder and CEO of Dental Performance Institute, Diana led initiatives that increased profitability, rebuilt operating infrastructure, and aligned teams across emerging Dental Service and Partnership Organizations (DSOs and DPOs). She is the creator of Operational Equity®, a proprietary framework that identifies and converts operational inefficiencies into sustainable EBITDA growth through disciplined execution, accountability, and financial clarity.


Diana’s leadership style is direct, embedded, and outcomes-driven. She takes responsibility for aligning people, processes, and decision-making, not advising from the sidelines. Her work focuses on strengthening operating systems, reinforcing leadership execution, and building organizations capable of scaling with confidence.

Holly Young | Executive CHRO Partner | Six Sigma Master Black Belt

Holly Young is an executive HR operator with more than 30 years of experience leading people strategy, organizational transformation, and performance execution across growth-stage, private equity-backed, and Fortune 500 organizations.


She is known for stepping into complex environments where structure, accountability, and leadership alignment are breaking down. Holly has led HR strategy across every facet of the business, from talent and compliance to operations and culture, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and performance challenges with confidence.


A Six Sigma Master Black Belt and SPHR-certified leader, Holly combines disciplined, data-driven process improvement with practical business acumen. She has served as Chief Human Resources Officer and interim CEO for a private equity-backed dental organization, where she restructured operations, revitalized culture, and materially improved performance within one year.


In addition to her executive leadership roles, Holly has founded and scaled multiple businesses, developing end-to-end operational platforms across HR, finance, legal, and marketing, achieving consistent, measurable ROI.
