Her experience includes leadership roles with firms such as Mercer Advisors, where she drove growth, strengthened infrastructure, and led strategic change.
As Co-Founder and VP of Operations at ICON Dental Partners and Founder/CEO of Dental Performance Institute, Diana led initiatives that increased profitability, revitalized operations, and built high-performing teams across emerging Dental Partner and Support Organizations (DSOs and DPOs). She is also the creator of Operational Equity®, a framework that reactivates dormant revenue and drives EBITDA growth. Known for TRUE leadership (Trust, Respect, Unity, Empathy), decisive execution, and a deep commitment to helping teams thrive, she consistently aligns people, processes, and financial outcomes.
Now, as Co-Founder and Fractional COO of Emerging Practice Partners, Diana provides executive operational advisory, executive HR leadership support, fractional management, and de novo buildout services for healthcare and dental organizations preparing for growth, partnership, or acquisition. While her foundation is in healthcare, her relationship-building and operational expertise are fully transferable, and she is actively expanding her impact across new industries.
Born and raised in Chicago, now residing in Lexington, Kentucky, Diana blends metropolitan insight with Midwestern values to lead through a grounded, people-first culture. She holds certifications in Business Administration, Project Management, and Operations Management from American Business Systems, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

She’s led HR strategy across every facet of business; from talent and compliance to operations and culture, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and performance challenges with confidence.
As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and SPHR-certified leader, Holly combines data-driven process improvement with practical business acumen. Her work has helped thousands of companies strengthen operations and turn underperforming teams into profitable, high-performing organizations.
Drawing on over two decades of consulting expertise, Holly stepped in as Chief Human Resources Officer and interim CEO for a private equity–backed dental organization, where she restructured operations, revitalized culture, and improved performance within a year; creating a foundation for sustainable growth.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Holly has also founded and scaled two businesses from the ground up, developing end-to-end operational platforms across finance, legal, HR, and marketing, each achieving over 125% ROI.
Guided by her core principle of “doing what’s right,” Holly maintains a career record of zero lawsuits, reflecting her unwavering commitment to ethical leadership, sound compliance, and fair treatment for every employee.
Born and raised in Frankfort, Kentucky, with extensive experience working across the Midwest, and now residing in Charlotte, North Carolina, Holly brings a grounded, people-centered approach shaped by both regional insight and national executive experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Marketing, an MBA, and advanced certifications as an SPHR and Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing.
